OUR
MISSION

Northeastern Nevada SAFE is dedicated to protecting elders under guardianship by ensuring their safety, dignity, and freedom from abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation.

SAFE provides trained volunteer advocates to protected persons in guardianship cases who cannot advocate for themselves, assists guardians in fulfilling their duties, and offers the Court an unbiased perspective focused on the best interests of the elder.

SAFE also serves seniors throughout Northeastern Nevada by identifying and addressing unmet needs including food insecurity, safety concerns, and access to basic necessities ensuring vulnerable elders receive support even when they are not under guardianship.
